Описание работы:The scope of Well Test Specialist / Engineer shall include but not limited to the following deliverables: Prepare SoR and all other Technical Documentation related to reservoir evaluation via Wireline, Surface Well Test, and Drill Stem testing inclusive of tubing conveyed Prepare/manage surface layout and design, perforating analysis, well test string analysis Prepare Tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) Preparation and Tracking of AFE , Budgets and Schedules Ensure all well tests are designed and constructed in compliance with Industry Standards (API, Norsok ,DNV, ISO etc) and Company's Well Engineering Process and Technical Policy Manage Well Test Design, planning & engineering Prepare well exit strategy, temporary suspension plan after well test activities Ensure all High Pressure Test Equipment is fully Qualified Manage all Interfaces with Drilling, Completions, Subsea and Rig Teams Manage the selected Contractor during Engineering, Preparation and Offshore Execution Lead Risk Assessments, Hazids/Hazops Ensure coherence throughout all technical tendering procedures Ensure completion of well tests in time and budget Ensure full technical integrity of well tests Preparation of detailed Work program for Well testing Provide technical input for drilling/completion/testing related tender procedures Proving front end well engineering design support to the project Fully Conversant with Completions, Wireline, Slickline and Coiled Tubing Operations and prefer Provide Offshore Supervision during Execute phase Actively promote continuous performance improvement Ensuring Change Management procedures are implemented fully where required Ensuring deviations from standards and / or technical policy are adequately risk assessed and properly approved Supporting operational personnel on all technical aspects of Drilling/Completion / Testing program Notifying and discussing with Well Engineering Manager any deviation from Well Testing program Liaise and coordinate with Service Companies for detailed engineering work Preparing Well Testing pouheer-reviews, well test on paper, reports and final well reports The well test engineer to select the right data acquisition and measurement sensors such as pressure gauges, flow meters, and sampling devices, required for well tests. The well test engineer is responsible for the effective acquisition of consistent high-quality data and measurements during the well test, advising on any necessary flow sequence variations and ensuring that the test procedures are followed effectively. The well test engineer to analyze data collected during the test, such as pressure and flow rate, to evaluate the reservoir characteristics and productivity. Provide real time analysis support at the wellsite to ensure effective data collection and optimize operational activities. The

Требования:Образование : ВысшееОпыт работы : более 5 летВозраст : - Well Test Engineer with total of 20+ years professional experience 15 years’ experience in Senior Well Test Engineer position Minimum 5 years’ Experience with High Pressure Gas/condensate Wells Experience on minimum of two international and/or remote locations Minimum of 10 years’ experience in offshore Well Testing operations with focus in a Senior Planning Management role Subsea well completions knowledge is desired Current IWCF recognised certification in well control (Supervisor Level offshore, subsurface/ IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control Level 4) BOSIET: Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency certificate holder Offshore medical survival and technical competency certification as required by local authorities Familiar with SLB and Expro Well Testing equipment Familiar with Jack up rig operations Proven track record in applying latest Industry concepts and technology Proven ability to quickly adapt to new environments Preparedness to take decisions and accept responsibility Experience in guidance and Supervision of personnel Fluency in the English language required, Azerbaijani language is desired Good communications skills, team-oriented working style A qualified professional, recognized as being capable of performing complex tasks, without supervision
