- Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC):
- Monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal standards, BPOM, ISO, and GMP.
- Coordinate laboratory testing (microbiology, pH, viscosity, ATP, TVC) and review Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Lead investigations into product non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal and external audits (ISO, Halal, BPOM) with complete documentation and reporting.
- Develop and update SOPs to strengthen production and laboratory practices.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as liaison between production, R&D, and QC teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
