Description:• Plan, prepare and monitor the operations in relation to organization’s quality activities. • Control and managing process of all Quality issues with the Project Management Team. • Responsible for the preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and its further implementation throughout the project life cycle. • Managing all Quality activities daily basis in associated with the Project Plan and Schedule. • Coordination and appointment of all QA/QC staff. • Monitoring a multi-discipline Inspectors on site (management of NDEs, welding process, painting works, equipment, piping and supports, structure erection, hydraulic test pipe.) • Participation in all internal PMT meetings and external meetings with EPCM Contractor. • Carrying out process of all Project Quality internal audits within the scope of work. • Control of the Work Packs, Quality Dossiers or Certification Dossier preparation. • Control and verification for flow down of QA requirements to implementing documents and quality affecting processes. • Assisting process of all hired Subcontractor Companies (3rd party Civil and NDT) • Managing implementation and closing processed of the outstanding findings (NCRs and Observations) either raised internally or externally by the Client or EPCM Contractor. • Monitoring on Job Training to staff and support for their overall personal development. • Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control. • Performing external audits for the process of involved Subcontractors as per QMS and presentation of observations, findings and reporting. • Assist in the Work Packs, Quality Dossiers or Certification Dossier preparation. • Investigate product quality problems, determine root cause, gather and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate cause. • Supervise all inspection activities to be carried out according to ITP for different contracts • Perform adequacy reviews for flow down of QA requirements to implementing documents and quality affecting processes. • Assist in the external audits which have been performed either by the Clients or EPC/M Contractors during the projects. • Coordination in calibration management process of the measuring and testing equipment.
